 Project Description:  Rehabilitation of the Norman A. Bradford Bridge over the Thames River on Oxford St. west of Talbot St. The work includes replacing the concrete and asphalt surfaces, as well as new handrails, lighting, and sidewalks including viewing platforms on either side of the bridge.
